Magnetic Switch
DMS/CMS Series Magnetic switch
The DMS/CMS series magnetic switches are non-contact position detection elements designed based on the principle of magnetic induction. They are widely used in the field of industrial automation for the safety monitoring and logical control of mechanical displacement and equipment status.
Core features
Intrinsically safe sensing
Signal triggering is achieved through passive coupling between permanent magnets and reed switches/magnetic sensitive elements, without physical contact with the target object, avoiding the risk of mechanical wear and impact failure.
Discrete signal conversion logic
Convert magnetic flux changes into on/off signals, directly compatible with binary input interfaces of industrial control systems such as PLCs and relays.
Environmental robustness design
The housing is usually encapsulated in engineering plastics or metal, with protection characteristics against oil, dust and condensed water, and adapts to conventional industrial electromagnetic environments.
Status visual feedback
Integrated mechanical indicator window or LED status light to provide visual verification capability of local displacement sensing.
Mounting topology flexibility
The magnet and induction unit adopt a separate structure, supporting embedded or surface mount monitoring of moving parts (such as cylinder pistons and valve opening and closing parts).
