IR Series Precision Pressure Reducing Valve

IR Series Precision Pressure Reducing Valve is designed for high-precision pressure control requirements of industrial fluid systems. It achieves stable pressure output through optimized structure and is the core control element of precision pneumatic and hydraulic circuits.

1. Excellent pressure stabilization performance

The valve core dynamic design and throttling structure work together to ensure that the output pressure has a very small deviation from the set value; the dynamic response to downstream pressure fluctuations is fast, significantly optimizing the system control accuracy.

2. Excellent adaptability to working conditions

Under the conditions of inlet pressure fluctuations or flow step changes, its pressure-flow compensation mechanism can effectively maintain the consistency of output pressure and ensure the continuous and stable operation of the system.

3. Wide-range flow capacity

The flow channel configuration is optimized by fluid dynamics to maintain linear pressure characteristics within the rated flow range, reduce the interference of load fluctuations on pressure stabilization performance, and adapt to dynamic working conditions.

4. Modular integrated design

It provides multi-axial mounting interfaces and embedded bracket structures, supports valve island integration or independent deployment, significantly simplifies the complexity of gas path construction and improves space utilization.
