AW Series Filter Pressure Regulator

AW Series Filter Pressure Regulator is a key air source processing component in industrial pneumatic systems. It integrates filtering and pressure regulation functions to provide clean and pressure-stable compressed air for actuators, ensuring the reliability and long-term operation of the system.

1. Multi-stage impurity interception capability

The built-in high-efficiency filtration structure can deeply separate solid particles and liquid residues in the air source, reducing the risk of pipeline contamination.


2. Pressure dynamic balance control

The pressure regulating mechanism has low hysteresis characteristics, and the output pressure fluctuation range is narrow, which effectively suppresses the pressure drift caused by load changes.


3. Modular assembly interface

The standard port quick-connect design is adopted, which is compatible with mainstream gas manifolds and pipeline layouts, significantly shortening the on-site installation cycle.


4. Full-scenario specification coverage

Provides 2000/3000/4000/5000 series flow levels to adapt to the working conditions of pneumatic circuits of different sizes.


5. Universal pipeline adaptation

Supports 1/8" to 1" cross-diameter pipe configuration to achieve rapid compatible deployment with existing gas supply networks.
