MHZ2 Series (Parallel Opening and Closing Type) Pneumatic Gripper

MHZ2 Series (Parallel Opening and Closing Type) Pneumatic Gripper focuses on providing stable and reliable parallel clamping action. Its design concept is to balance core performance and adaptability to meet the basic needs of precision grasping in the automation execution link.

Core features:

1. Integrated guide system: The integrated guide mechanism ensures that the actuator has sufficient structural rigidity and action accuracy during operation.

2. Enhanced guide stability: An auxiliary positioning structure is provided at the bottom of the guide component to maintain the relative position relationship between the key moving parts and the main structure, and improve the reliability of long-term operation.

3. Precision positioning performance: The optimized structural design brings good positioning consistency, which helps to achieve accurate clamping of the workpiece and enhance the certainty of the clamping process.

4. Flexible installation and compatibility: Provides a variety of standardized installation interfaces for easy integration into different equipment layouts or space-constrained environments.

5. Body integrated control assistance: The body is preset with magnetic components, which provides basic convenience for the integration of standard position detection devices.

6. Adaptability of induction switch: There are multiple induction switch installation slots designed on the surface of the cylinder body, which provides adjustment space for the layout of the detection device to adapt to different signal collection requirements.
