Pressure Gauge
GZ Series Vacuum Pressure Gauge
GZ Series Vacuum Pressure Gauge is a commonly used mechanical pressure measuring instrument in the industrial field, mainly used to monitor pressure changes in vacuum environment or compound pressure state. Its design is based on mature and reliable mechanical sensing principles, and can stably indicate pressure values in the range from below atmospheric pressure to positive pressure.
▸Core measurement principle - The deformation characteristics of elastic sensitive elements (such as Bourdon tubes or diaphragms) are used to convert pressure signals into mechanical displacements, and the pointer is driven by a gear transmission mechanism to clearly indicate on the dial.
▸Typical range coverage - Covers a wide range of measurement needs from negative pressure to positive pressure, especially for accurate indication of vacuum degree. Common ranges include -0.1~0 MPa, -100~0 kPa and other compound intervals.
▸Key structural characteristics - The case usually has a sealed protection design, and some Models integrate damping mechanisms or liquid filling devices to adapt to working conditions with pulsation or vibration and improve reading stability.
▸ Graduation and accuracy setting - Provides dial selection with multiple groups of division values. The standard accuracy level meets the conventional industrial application specifications and meets the core requirements for pressure trend judgment in process monitoring.
▸ Applicable media range - The main structure is compatible with measuring the pressure parameters of gas media that are non-corrosive to copper alloys and standard sealing materials.
▸ Typical application directions - Mostly used for vacuum pump unit matching, negative pressure system monitoring, low-pressure container leak detection, laboratory pressure devices and various industrial scenarios requiring vacuum/pressure composite measurement.
