MK Series Rotary Clamp Cylinder

MK Series Rotary Clamp Cylinder is a composite pneumatic actuator with integrated rotary drive and radial clamping functions. Its integrated design achieves workpiece rotation positioning and rigid locking synchronously through a single cylinder, significantly optimizing the complexity of the mechanical system.

Core features:
▸Dual-action composite structure

The timing linkage of rotation and clamping actions is realized under air circuit drive, without the need for additional transmission mechanism, eliminating the coordination error of multiple actuators

▸Space-saving advantage

The rotation axis and the clamping jaw are coaxially arranged, reducing the axial installation space by more than 40% compared with the split solution

▸High-rigidity locking

The wedge-shaped force expansion mechanism produces a mechanical self-locking effect at the end position, and the clamping force remains unaffected by air source fluctuations

▸Wide-range adaptability

The modular interface is compatible with ISO standard mounting baseplates and supports customized clamping jaw stroke and rotation angle (90°/180°)

▸Long-term sealing protection

The guide part adopts a double-lip wear-resistant sealing ring, and the internal integrated dust scraping structure is suitable for cutting oil mist environment
