4V Series Pilot Operated 5 Way Solenoid Valve

4V series pilot operated 5-way solenoid valves, designed for industrial pneumatic systems, accurately control the flow of compressed air through electrical signals, and are suitable for driving the reciprocating motion of cylinders and actuators.

Main features: 
Sliding column seal structure: The valve spool adopts sliding column design, combined with precision-fit sealing element, realizing extremely low leakage rate and high dynamic response performance, ensuring the reliability of action.
Three-position central function optional: Three-position valve type provides three central function configurations: center seal, center drain and center pressure, to meet the demand of load holding or safety release under different working conditions.
Dual Head Coil Memory Function: Dual electrically controlled two-position valves can lock the spool position when the single solenoid head is de-energized, maintaining the current air path state until the reverse signal is input.
Oil-free lubrication compatibility: Internal structure and sealing materials are compatible with non-lubricated compressed air, eliminating reliance on oil misters and reducing maintenance complexity.
Integrated Manual Operation Mechanism: The valve body comes standard with a mechanical forced switching device, which facilitates equipment commissioning, emergency intervention, or air line control in the event of a power failure.
Wide voltage adaptability: the coil supports a wide range of industry standard voltages from DC12V to AC220V, simplifying electrical system integration.
Modular valve group installation: the bottom conforms to ISO 5599 standard air port layout, can be directly stacked and installed in the integrated base, to realize the compact arrangement of multiple valves and optimize the space utilization rate.
