ZP2 Series Heavy Duty Swing Vacuum Suction Cup (Ø32~Ø125)

ZP2 series heavy-duty swing vacuum suction cups (Ø32~Ø125) are designed for large load and large inclination conditions in industrial scenarios. They achieve adaptive fitting of the workpiece surface through a suspended compensation mechanism and are suitable for the transfer and positioning of rigid materials such as metal sheets and engineering components.

Core features:
Dynamic compensation structure
Built-in multi-directional swing joints allow the suction cup to adjust its posture autonomously within the inclination range of ±15°, eliminating the risk of vacuum leakage caused by workpiece deformation or positioning deviation.

Heavy-duty reinforced design
Multi-layer reinforced skeleton and high tear-resistant rubber substrate are compositely molded to improve structural rigidity and can carry a single-point impact load that exceeds 300% of conventional suction cups.

Global sealing performance
The variable-diameter groove lip structure is combined with a labyrinth sealing ring to maintain a stable vacuum degree (≥85% of the initial value) on complex surfaces such as rough surfaces and oily surfaces.

Quick response interface
Integrated pilot airflow channel, suction response time ≤0.8s (standard working conditions), built-in anti-siphon valve group to prevent power failure and material drop.

Modular adapter system
Provides multiple specifications of installation interfaces such as M6~M12 threads/quick-change flanges, and supports plug-and-play integration with the robot end effector or truss system.
