ZL3/ZL6 Series Multistage Vacuum Ejector
ZL3/ZL6 Series Multistage Vacuum Ejector is a modular vacuum generating unit built on the principle of multi-stage Venturi. It is designed for scenarios where stable negative pressure needs to be generated quickly in industrial automation and is suitable for grabbing, adsorbing or fixing various workpieces.
•Multi-stage structure design
The series Venturi tube structure is adopted to achieve the step-by-step conversion of compressed air energy. The airflow is expanded in multiple stages to amplify the vacuum effect step by step. Compared with the single-stage structure under the same air source conditions, it can produce higher suction capacity or reduce compressed air consumption.
•Vacuum stability optimization
The internal flow channel is specially optimized to suppress turbulence and balance pressure fluctuations at each level. This design ensures a stable vacuum level during continuous work or slight changes in load, reducing the risk of the sucked object loosening.
•Flexible working condition adaptation
The core components have a wide flow tolerance range and are compatible with different exhaust back pressures and leakage conditions. It is especially suitable for adsorption operations of non-standard workpieces with porous surfaces, complex curvatures or trace air permeability.
•Fast response characteristics
The pre-compression cavity and the low-inertia flow channel cooperate to achieve millisecond vacuum establishment and release. It meets the application requirements of frequent start and stop in high-speed automation rhythm and shortens the waiting time of the cycle.
•Modular function integration
The main body reserves standard gas path interface and installation positioning structure to support the rapid integration of vacuum switch, filter unit or silencer component. The functional modules can be flexibly configured according to the complexity of the system to reduce the overall pipeline complexity.
