Air Control Valve
4A Series 5 Way Air Control Valve
4A Series 5 Way Air Control Valve is a universal directional control valve with a sliding column design, specially developed for precise control of actuator movement in pneumatic systems. Its core is to switch the internal passage through the air control signal to achieve efficient management of the flow direction of compressed air.
Unique valve core configuration: The sliding column structure principle is adopted to achieve efficient isolation and switching of the internal air path, effectively ensuring the sealing reliability and high responsiveness of the action under long-term operation.
Flexible center position configuration: This series of three-position valve types provide a variety of central state options (such as center seal, center leakage, and center pressure) to meet the specific state maintenance requirements of the actuator under different working conditions when the control signal disappears.
State retention characteristics: The two-position valve type driven by double-head air control has a memory function. After the control signal is removed, it can reliably maintain the position of the valve core before switching to ensure the stability of the actuator position.
Oil-free self-lubricating design: The internal structure and sealing elements of the valve are optimized to work stably under standard compressed air quality conditions without the need for additional lubricating oil, simplifying system maintenance.
Compact combination installation: Supports tight integration of multiple valves through a common base to form a modular valve group, which significantly saves equipment installation space and optimizes gas path layout.
