AS Series Speed Control Valve With Quick Change Connector

AS series speed control valves with quick-change connectors are specially designed for occasions where the movement speed of pneumatic actuators (such as cylinders) needs to be easily adjusted. Its integrated quick connector design allows the connection and disconnection of tools to be completed instantly, significantly simplifying the pipeline configuration and equipment switching process.

Core function integration: Integrate the precise adjustment function of gas flow rate and the quick fluid path connection/disconnection mechanism into a single valve body to achieve an efficient combination of flow control and pipeline connection.

Precise flow control: Provides smooth and linear flow characteristics, allowing operators to make delicate and reliable stepless adjustments to the speed of pneumatic actuators according to working conditions.

Quick-change operation advantages: Integrated standard quick-change interface (female head), just push or pull out the corresponding connector (male head) to establish or cut off the gas line connection, greatly improving the efficiency of equipment maintenance, replacement or production line reorganization.

Widely applicable scenarios: Especially suitable for automation equipment, fixtures and production lines that need to frequently replace pneumatic tools (such as pneumatic screwdrivers, grinders, spray guns) or adjust the speed of a single cylinder.

Modular and flexible adaptation: The design takes versatility into consideration, and its quick-change interface usually follows the mainstream industry standards, which is convenient for quick matching with the quick-change male connector components in the existing pneumatic system.

Intuitive and convenient operation: It is usually equipped with an adjustment mechanism that is easy to operate manually (such as a knob), allowing on-site personnel to easily and intuitively set the speed without tools.

Reliable fluid control: The valve core structure design focuses on stability and low internal leakage, and can keep the set speed relatively constant even when the flow changes or there is a certain pressure fluctuation.

Compact and durable structure: The valve body is compactly constructed and mostly made of engineering plastics or metal alloys to meet the requirements of industrial environments for space utilization and long-term durability.
