When adjusting the flow rate, turn the adjustment needle clockwise to decrease the flow rate and counterclockwise to increase the flow rate. Once the setting is complete, make sure to lock the nut.

1. Compared to conventional vacuum generators with solenoid valves, this product places greater emphasis on cost-effectiveness.
2. It generates a destruction process while the ejection device stops air intake, ensuring work release. Compared to conventional independent ejection devices, high-speed cycling can be achieved by loading a shut-off valve.
3. This product is compact in size and lightweight, enabling it to be installed at the end of the ejection device's vacuum circuit.
4. The disruption mechanism can be integrated with the ejection device. By controlling the supply of air to the device, the equipment can be fully transitioned from vacuum generation to vacuum release.

1. Connect the P port and PD port to the check valve (sold separately).
2. The residual pressure between the check valve and PD port becomes blow air.
3. The flow rate of the blow air is adjusted by the release needle.
4. The blow air time can be controlled by the length of the pipe between the check valve and PD port.
