ZK2A Series Vacuum Generator

ZK2A Series Vacuum Generator is an integrated vacuum generation solution designed for efficient material adsorption and handling in industrial automation scenarios. Its compact structure integrates vacuum generation, status monitoring and airflow control functions, and achieves rapid vacuum establishment and release through the Venturi principle, which is suitable for the stable grasping needs of a variety of light to medium loads.

1. Efficient gas consumption design: Optimize internal flow channels to reduce compressed air consumption, balance energy consumption and suction performance
2. Modular interface: Standard gas and electrical interfaces support rapid integration into the end of the robot arm or tooling pipeline
3. Status feedback mechanism: The built-in vacuum sensing port can be connected to an external pressure switch to monitor the adsorption status in real time
