Flow Control Valve/Check Valve
ASP Series Speed Control Valve With Pilot Operated Check Valve
ASP series speed control valve with pilot operated check valve integrates pilot control and hydraulic speed regulation components of check valve structure. It dynamically controls the opening of the main valve core throttle port through pilot pressure, and realizes independent and precise regulation of the bidirectional motion speed of the actuator and reverse free flow function.
Core features
Pilot pressure control principle
The pilot oil pressure is used to act on the main valve core control chamber, and the main throttle port flow area is adjusted through the dynamic balance of fluid pressure and spring force, so as to reduce the sensitivity of the actuator speed control to external load fluctuations.
Asymmetric flow control structure
The forward flow path is set with an adjustable flow mechanism, and the reverse channel is integrated with a leak-free check valve to form a dual-function coupling of one-way damping and reverse free oil return, which meets the differentiated speed control requirements of the cylinder/motor.
Dynamic load compensation mechanism
The displacement of the main valve core is automatically compensated with the pressure difference between the pilot pressure and the load pressure, maintaining a relatively constant pressure drop at the throttle port, and suppressing the movement of the actuator caused by sudden changes in external load.
Multi-level pressure adaptability
The pilot control circuit design allows adaptation to different levels of system pressure, and stable fine-tuning capability under high pressure and large flow conditions is achieved by adjusting the pilot ratio parameters.
Integrated functional modularization
The one-way valve assembly and throttling control unit adopt an embedded structure design to form a compact fluid control module, reducing pipeline connection points and reducing the risk of leakage.
