Mini Cylinder
CJ2 Series Stainless Steel Mini Cylinder (Single Acting)
CJ2 Series Stainless Steel Mini Cylinder (Single Acting) represents a class of compact linear actuators made of specific alloy materials. Its single-acting design relies on a built-in elastic reset mechanism to achieve basic reciprocating motion. This series is developed for industrial occasions with limited space and specific media tolerance, and has miniaturized integration characteristics.
■Core operating characteristics
1. Elastic compression mode
When the medium is introduced, the rod body is driven to move out, and the compression unit is preset to store energy; after the medium is cut off, the rod body automatically retracts to the initial position by relying on the restoring force released by the compression unit.
2. Elastic extrusion mode
When the medium is introduced, the rod body shrinks and moves, pulling the rear compression unit to store energy; when the medium supply is terminated, the compression unit restoring force pushes the rod body to extend outward and reset.
■Main body features
1. Miniaturized configuration
The cylinder body is optimized with special proportions, which significantly reduces the axial and radial space occupation while maintaining the basic thrust, and is suitable for embedded installation in precision equipment.
2. Specific alloy body
The main component adopts a corrosion-resistant alloy system, which can maintain basic motion performance in non-extreme environments such as moisture and weakly corrosive media.
3. Basic function orientation
The design focuses on the core function of displacement output, and does not integrate expansion modules such as position sensing or speed regulation. It is suitable for simple reciprocating motion scenarios.
■Application orientation
This series is suitable for lightweight automation systems that are sensitive to spatial dimensions, require basic resistance to environmental degradation, and whose motion logic conforms to the elastic reset mode. Its core value lies in the coupling of miniaturization and specific materials in basic pneumatic components.
