AN/MS Series Pneumatic Silencer

AN/MS series pneumatic silencers are noise reduction devices designed for industrial pneumatic systems. They significantly reduce mechanical exhaust noise by optimizing the acoustic performance during airflow discharge. This series of products combines compact structure, efficient noise reduction and environmental adaptability. They are widely used in automation equipment, pneumatic actuators and other scenarios, aiming to improve noise pollution in the working environment and meet environmental protection standards.

Core Features
Noise Reduction Technology and Performance
The multi-stage silencer structure (such as sintered metal, resin cavity) is used to disperse airflow energy and absorb high-frequency sound waves to achieve noise reduction. The AN series can achieve noise attenuation of up to 35 dB(A) (depending on the Model), especially in the high-frequency band; the MS series uses the porous characteristics of sintered bronze materials to reduce airflow whistling and filter impurities.

Compact Structure and Durability
The entire series is designed with lightweight and small size as the principle, and supports direct thread installation on the exhaust port (such as R/M thread of AN series and NPT thread of MS series) to reduce the complexity of external piping.

Installation Adaptability
Provide a variety of interface options to ensure compatibility with standard pneumatic components. Some Models have optimized installation structures, which improve engineering efficiency by simplifying the assembly process and are suitable for integrated systems with limited space.

Industrial application scenarios
Mainly cover automated machinery (such as cylinder exhaust), pneumatic tools, medical equipment and production line control systems. Maintain stable silencing performance under medium flow conditions, while preventing external pollutants from infiltrating into the gas path, extending the life of the equipment.
