SDAW Series Thin Double-Axis Multi-Position Cylinder
SDAW Series Thin Double-Axis Multi-Position Cylinder is a thin cylinder designed for high space efficiency and multi-station requirements. Its dual-axis guide structure and multi-position parking capability significantly optimize the compactness of equipment layout and the certainty of motion path.
(1) Ultra-thin body design
Breaking through the thickness limit of traditional cylinders, the axial size is greatly compressed, suitable for automation module integration with strict space constraints.
(2) Double-sided rigid guide rod structure
The high-strength guide rods configured in parallel effectively suppress the piston rod deflection torque and ensure the trajectory accuracy of the end effector under complex loads.
(3) Multi-position programmable parking
Supports accurate locking and repeated positioning of more than two predetermined positions within the travel range through external brake units or valve group configurations.
(4) Highly adaptable actuator
Optional magnetic switch slots and diversified mounting interfaces (bottom/end flange type) are available to meet the mechanical/electrical integration requirements of mainstream automation platforms.
(5) Lightweight dynamic response
The internal flow path and piston assembly of the cylinder are optimized to increase the frequency of reciprocating motion while maintaining the output thrust to meet the requirements of beat-intensive working conditions.
