Rodless Cylinder
CY1L Series Magnetic Coupled Rodless Cylinder (Ball Bearing Type)
CY1L Series Magnetic Coupled Rodless Cylinder (Ball Bearing Type) is a space-saving linear drive element that uses the principle of magnetic coupling to achieve non-contact power transmission between the piston and the external slider.
•Core driving force mode: The core lies in the coupling and linkage between the built-in piston and the external load slider through the magnetic field. When the piston inside the cylinder moves under the action of air pressure, the slider outside the cylinder can be driven to achieve synchronous linear motion through the action of a strong magnetic field without physically penetrating the cylinder.
•Extreme space saving: Since the piston rod structure of the traditional cylinder is omitted, the installation length of this series of cylinders is significantly shortened under the same stroke, which is particularly suitable for automation occasions with limited installation space or requiring a long stroke and compact layout.
•Internal sealing advantage: The magnetic coupling power transmission method makes it unnecessary for the piston rod to extend out of the cylinder body, fundamentally eliminating the risk of leakage at the dynamic seal of the piston rod of the traditional rod cylinder and improving the sealing reliability inside the cylinder.
•Adaptable load characteristics: The ball bearing type design means that its external slider adopts an optimized ball bearing guide structure. This configuration is designed to provide a smooth, low-friction load running trajectory, enhance the ability to withstand lateral torque, improve the stability and guiding accuracy of the slider during movement, and enable it to better adapt to application requirements under different load conditions.
• Application universality: With its space-saving, no leakage risk and good load adaptability, this series of cylinders is widely used in various stations that require linear reciprocating motion in automated production lines, especially in material handling, transfer and positioning with long strokes and compact installation space.
