A solenoid valve is a fluid control element driven by electromagnetic force. It switches the position of the valve core by receiving electrical signals, thereby controlling the on/off or flow direction of the medium in the pipeline. Its core structure consists of an electromagnetic coil, a movable iron core and a valve body. It relies on the mechanical displacement driven by the magnetic field generated by the energized coil to change the state of the flow channel. This type of valve assumes the key functions of rapid response and remote control in the automation system, and is suitable for all kinds of opening and closing, reversing or flow regulation scenarios that require non-human intervention in the fluid (gas or liquid). Its working characteristics depend on the coupling of the electromagnetic system and fluid dynamics. In essence, it is an actuator that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy and then intervenes in the fluid path through mechanical action.
